How to Complete Your Wisconsin Real Estate CE Course

This guide walks you through every step of completing your Wisconsin Real Estate Licensee Continuing Education course — from purchasing access to downloading your completion certificate. Please read through all steps before you begin, and keep this guide handy as a reference.

Purchase Your Course Access

  • Visit ContinuingEducationVideos.com and click the "Buy Now — $125" button on the home page.
  • You will be redirected to a secure GoDaddy Payments checkout page.
  • If you have a coupon code, enter it in the "Promotion Code" field before completing payment.
  • After payment, you will be automatically redirected to your course dashboard.
Tip: Your one-time payment gives you unlimited access to all 18 courses on the device and browser you use to purchase.

Bookmark Your Course Page

  • Once you reach your course dashboard at ContinuingEducationVideos.com/courses, immediately bookmark the page in your browser.
  • Your progress is saved to your current browser only — it is not tied to an account or email address.
  • Always return to your courses using the same device and the same browser (e.g., Chrome on your laptop).
  • Do not use private/incognito mode, as it does not save progress between sessions.
Tip: On most browsers, press Ctrl+D (Windows) or Cmd+D (Mac) to bookmark the page instantly.

Navigate Your 18 Courses

  • Your dashboard shows all 18 courses organized into two sections: 12 Mandatory courses and 6 Elective courses.
  • Each course card displays the course title, your pass/fail status, and how many quiz attempts you have remaining.
  • Click on any course card to expand it and reveal the video player and quiz.
  • A green checkmark indicates a passed course. A lock icon means the quiz is not yet unlocked.
Tip: You can complete courses in any order. The progress bar at the top tracks how many of the 18 courses you have passed.

Watch Each Course Video

  • Click the play button inside the expanded course card to begin the video lesson.
  • You must watch each video before the quiz will unlock.
  • The quiz button will change from locked to "Unlocked" once you have watched the course videos.
  • Watching the full video is strongly recommended to prepare for the quiz.
Tip: Videos are hosted on Vimeo. Make sure your browser allows content from player.vimeo.com for the videos to load correctly.

Take the Quiz

  • Once the quiz is unlocked, click the "Start Quiz" button below the video.
  • Each quiz has 5 multiple-choice questions (A, B, C, or D).
  • Select your answer for each question and click "Submit Quiz" when you are ready.
  • You need to answer at least 4 out of 5 questions correctly (80%) to pass.
  • After submitting, you will see color-coded feedback: green for correct answers, red for incorrect ones.
  • You have a maximum of 3 attempts per course. Use them wisely — review the video before retrying.
Tip: If you fail on your first or second attempt, a "Retry Quiz" button will appear. You do not need to re-watch the video to retry.

Track Your Progress

  • The progress bar at the top of your dashboard shows how many courses you have passed out of 18.
  • Each passed course card displays a green "Passed" badge and your score.
  • Courses where you have used all 3 attempts without passing will show "No attempts remaining."
  • Your progress is automatically saved to your browser after every quiz submission.
Tip: Progress is saved locally in your browser. Clearing your browser history or cookies will erase your saved progress.

Download Your Certificate

  • Once you have passed all 18 courses, a certificate section will appear at the bottom of your dashboard.
  • Enter your full legal name as you would like it to appear on your certificate, then click "Generate Certificate".
  • You can both download and print your certificate. The downloadable certificate will be a PNG image file.
  • Your certificate confirms completion of 12 mandatory and 6 elective courses as required by the Department of Safety and Professional Services (DSPS) for Wisconsin real estate license renewal.
Tip: Save your certificate in a safe location. You may be asked to provide proof of CE completion when renewing your Wisconsin real estate license.

Frequently Asked Questions

What if I lose my progress?

Progress is stored in your browser's local storage. If you clear your browser data, switch browsers, or use a different device, your progress will not carry over. Always use the same browser and device, and keep your course page bookmarked.

Can I access my courses on multiple devices?

No. Because progress is saved locally in your browser, it is tied to the specific browser and device you used when you purchased. We recommend completing all courses on one device.

What happens if I fail a quiz 3 times?

How do I use a coupon code?
